These terms cover your use of SimuWork AI, run by Yohanna Ayuba Musa (Flat 2 Anglo Mining Quarters Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria). By signing in you agree to them.
What SimuWork is
SimuWork AI is a practice workspace. You work through simulated tasks at fictional companies and receive scores and feedback. Companies, colleagues and customers in the workspace are made up.
Scorecards are practice results
A scorecard shows how you did on practice tasks. It is not a certificate, a qualification, an employer assessment or a promise of a job. Scores and feedback are produced partly by AI and can be wrong.
Free trial and paid program
- The free trial gives you one simulated week in one role.
- The 3-month program costs $149 (USD) and lasts 90 days from payment. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.
- Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your card details.
Your account and content
Keep your sign-in secure. You own the answers you write. You give us permission to store them and to show your scorecard to people you choose to share its link with.
Fair use
Do not abuse the AI features, attempt to read other people's data, or automate the service. We limit daily AI use per account and may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Changes and liability
We may change the service and these terms. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. [Lawyer: confirm governing law and jurisdiction.]
